Michael Chiarello is an Emmy award winning chef on the Food Network, author of two bestselling cookbooks, owner and operator of an award winning Italian restaurant in Napa CA, and the founder of the Napa Styles chain of cookware stores.  Photographer Tim Copeland was invited to photograph this book signing and demonstration event in South Coast Plaza in Santa Ana, CA.
